I’m Bexx Hillman, and my mission is to empower as many women as possible to escape the diet trap. My signature program will help you create a healthier relationship with food that feels effortless. No more restriction, rules or counting!

Over the course of 12 weeks, I’ll use a blend of health coaching and psychology to guide you through simple-but-powerful changes, taking your health and happiness to the next level.

This isn’t a quick fix. Unlike traditional diets, the results you get from this program are designed to be long-term, sustainable – and, most importantly, will make you feel good!

Letting go is hard work. I get it, because I’ve been there. Do you feel like you can’t trust yourself around food? Are you worried you’ll go completely off the rails without all the rules and restriction?

My 12 week program will take you from diet despair to total freedom. From figuring out what a healthy, balanced diet looks like for you, to blasting through any limiting beliefs holding you back, I’ll be there to support you through the entire process.

MINDSET

I’ll walk you through some powerful mindset shifts that will help you ditch the diets, without going off the rails.

I’ll teach you how to:

  • Become conscious about the negative automatic thoughts that guide your behaviour.
  • Uncover your limiting beliefs, learn how they’re keeping you stuck – and what you can do about it.
  • Understand the main causes of emotional eating, or binge eating – and how to overcome them.

 

MINDFUL EATING

You’ll learn more about mindful eating, and why it’s so powerful in helping you improve your relationship with food (when it’s done right).

We’ll cover:

  • How to replace your restrictive eating habits with a mindful approach to food.
  • Why you never have to deprive yourself of soul food (the ‘unhealthy’ foods you love eating).
  • Practical ways to strike that balance between healthy food and soul food. How to finally master the art of the balanced diet!

 

UNDERSTAND FOOD AND YOUR BODY

We’ll dive deeper into what a healthy diet looks like for you – and put in place a plan to get you feeling your best.

I’ll help you:

  • Break through conflicting nutrition advice online to discover what actually works for you.
  • Conduct some simple experiments to find out what your body likes, and what it doesn’t.
  • Simplify your approach to food, so eating well feels effortless – even if you’re really busy.

 

REBALANCE YOUR APPETITE

If you’ve been dieting for years, your body may need to reset a little bit. Dieting can cause physical changes within the body, which is why it can feel so difficult to stop dieting.

I’ll work with you to:

  • Figure out which areas feel out of whack, and come up with a plan to address them.
  • Understand what’s causing any cravings, and how to stop them.
  • Rebalance the hormones that affect your appetite – which will help you make more mindful choices.

 

LONG-TERM CHANGES

The program is intense, and you should expect some big changes within the 12 weeks. That said, it’s not about getting everything right straight away.

I’ll help you create a long-term plan for success to:

  • Make small-but-powerful changes that will last a lifetime.
  • Embrace imperfection, and ditch your all-or-nothing mentality.
  • Create new habits, and keep them!
