Healthy living, without the BS.

Health isn’t all kale and green smoothies.

And neither is my coaching program.

According to the World Health Organisation, health is “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being” – and I think that’s a pretty good description of the things I’ll help you work towards.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach.

Health isn’t like a perfectly curated Instagram feed – and I won’t expect you to be, either.


I’ll work with you to develop a deep understanding of your relationship with food, and how it affects your body – as well as the wide variety of lifestyle factors that could be affecting your health.

This covers all areas of your physical and emotional life – including nutrition, activity, relationships and mindset. I’ll help you uncover the areas that feel out of whack, and put a plan in place to change that.

To start with, you’ll book an initial session to dive into your goals and create a plan to achieve them. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, and start making progress right away.

There’s no obligation for you to sign up for the full program – but you will get plenty of actionable advice and a few big knowledge bombs to get you started.

Following the initial session, we’ll start the full program. This lasts for 3 months, and includes:

  • Two 60-minute sessions each month (either Skype, FaceTime or in-person if you’re local).
  • Two extra sessions for you to call upon when you need extra support or accountability.
  • Unlimited email and text support.


Initial session: £50
Full program: £495

If you decide to go ahead with the full program, the cost of your initial session will be deducted from the program cost.
